Terms of Service

You must register an account to make purchases. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for all activity under your account. You must provide accurate information and be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction).

We may suspend or disable accounts that violate these Terms, are used for fraudulent or abusive activity, or as required by law.

The Service uses a prepaid wallet. You add funds to your wallet using the supported payment methods, and those funds are then used to purchase products. Wallet balances are stored in USD and are non-transferable between accounts.

Funds are credited to your wallet only after a payment is confirmed by our payment provider. Cryptocurrency payments are final once confirmed on the blockchain. You are responsible for sending the correct amount to the correct address within any stated time window.

Products are digital access keys for third-party proxy and bandwidth services. Keys are delivered instantly to your dashboard once payment from your wallet is successful. Available stock is shown in real time, and orders are limited to available quantity.

You are responsible for using purchased keys in accordance with the acceptable-use policies of the underlying providers and all applicable laws.

You agree not to use the Service or any purchased product to:

• engage in illegal activity, fraud, or unauthorized access;
• send spam, malware, or conduct denial-of-service attacks;
• infringe the rights of others or violate any third-party terms;
• resell or redistribute keys in violation of these Terms.

Violations may result in immediate account termination without refund.

Because digital keys are delivered instantly and are unique to your order, purchases are generally non-refundable once a key has been issued. If a product is defective or does not work as described, contact support with your order details and we will investigate and, where appropriate, provide a replacement or credit.

The Service relies on third-party providers for the underlying proxy and bandwidth products. We do not control and are not responsible for those providers' networks, uptime, or policies. We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, SRK Proxyis provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for any loss arising from your use of purchased products or third-party services. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the product giving rise to the claim.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the "Last updated" date above. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
